Hotel Review: Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle – The Ultimate Teen Mountain Getaway
Hey, I’m Mateo from This Teen Travelz, and today I’m reviewing a hotel that’s been a part of my summer vacations since I was little—Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada.
Whether you’re looking for mountain views, easy gaming setup, outdoor adventures, or just an epic chill spot—this hotel has it all. Let’s get into it!
Location & First Impressions: Right in the Action
This hotel is located right inside the Mont Tremblant pedestrian village, which means you’re just steps from shops, restaurants, activities, and gondolas. When we pulled up, I was instantly hyped—the mountain setting is super cool, and the village is buzzing with energy.
First thing I noticed? All the balconies. I crossed my fingers we’d get one with a view of the main village walkway. And we did—more than once!
The lobby isn’t huge, but you can see through to the outdoor seating area and pool, which sets a relaxing tone. Check-in was easy, but heads up: if you’re rolling in a truck or SUV, the underground parking is tight—my dad reminds us every time.
Room Vibes: Like a Mountain Apartment
My family always books the 2-bedroom bi-level suite, and honestly—it’s like having a condo right on the mountain.
- Parents’ room: Upstairs loft with a big bed, their own bathroom, and TV
- My room: Shared with my sister, but we each got our own bed and a TV
- Living area: Fireplace + comfy couch + another TV
- Kitchen: Great for making meals right in the room
- Balcony: Sometimes facing the main village walkway = prime people-watching!
Everything was super clean, spacious, and just felt like home—only cooler.
Wi-Fi & Gaming Setup: Good Enough, With Tips
The Wi-Fi was mid. Not blazing fast, but not bad either—good enough for casual streaming and gaming. I connected my Nintendo Switch, laptop, phone, and iPad with no problems.
🔌 Pro tip: Bring a power strip. Outlets were limited, especially near the living room TV, which made console setup there tricky. In the bedroom? Perfect setup—smooth and easy.
Pool Vibes: Unique & Kinda Funny
Since this is a Residence Inn, free breakfast is included—and it’s legit. Buffet style with lots of variety. My fave since I was little? Chocolate milk. Still going strong.
Food & Snacks: Breakfast Wins + Village Eats
For meals nearby, here are my faves:
- Resto-Bar Le Shack – Classic ski village food and fun vibes
- Microbrasserie La Diable – Awesome local eats for the whole family
- St-Hubert – About a 20-min drive but totally worth it (and a good excuse to stock up on groceries at the same time)
For dessert:
- Beavertails / Queues de Castor – Iconic and a must-do
- Chocolato – Ice cream heaven
Activities & Events: You’ll Never Be Bored
Tremblant is packed with fun stuff—day and night, summer or winter. I’ve done a bunch of these over the years, and there’s always something new going on.
Here are some of my top activities:
- 🦅 Birds of Prey Show – At the top of the mountain
- 💦 brind’O Aquaclub Water Park – Indoor fun for rainy/cold days
- 🎢 The Luge – My personal favorite. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked
- 🏞️ Panoramic Gondola – Crazy views from the top
- 🌌 Tonga Lumina – Night walk in search of the forest giant
- 🧸 Univers Toutou – Like a Quebec version of Build-a-Bear
- 🎠 Playgrounds everywhere – Great for younger siblings
